Choose an activation that supports the exhibit

For an Anaheim convention or trade show, start with the space you have and the conversation you want to begin. A branded portrait station creates a familiar guest interaction. AI trading cards add a collectible output, DoodleBots gives visitors a drawing process to watch, and a photo mosaic creates an evolving visual.

Each option needs a different production plan. Choose the output that fits the brand and audience, then review the capture, production and collection flow before finalizing the exhibit layout.

Keep the experience within the approved footprint

Mark the guest entrance, waiting area, equipment, staff positions and exit on the booth plan. Include lighting, printer or robot stations and any sharing screen. A compact camera setup can still need additional working space for the full guest journey.

For an Anaheim Convention Center event or another venue, use the current organizer’s exhibitor manual and venue instructions. Confirm access times, power ordering, network arrangements, loading procedures and applicable approvals with the responsible event team. This page does not establish a venue affiliation or replace event-specific requirements.

What we need to quote your Anaheim event

Send the event name, venue, date or dates, exhibit dimensions, operating hours, estimated participation and desired output. Include the current exhibitor instructions and any existing booth rendering. We can then shape a proposal around your activation and production needs.

Planning a hotel reception or private celebration instead? Beauty Booth portraits and video experiences can also be considered for the room and event brief. Availability and production requirements are confirmed for your date.

Connect exhibit engagement with a useful next conversation

An Anaheim trade-show activation should give visitors a reason to stop while preserving space for the sales team. Define the handoff: does a visitor capture a portrait before a demonstration, receive a collectible after a conversation, or return to collect an output? The best sequence depends on your staffing and exhibit layout. Explain it on a small sign and in the team’s opening sentence.

A trading-card experience can make a campaign personal, while DoodleBots create a visible production moment. Keep collection away from the capture position so people returning for a keepsake do not interrupt new visitors. If the organizer restricts aisle activity, include every queue and viewing area within the approved exhibit plan.

Separate operational counts from sales outcomes

Photo captures measure participation, not automatically qualified leads. Agree which event results matter before the show: completed experiences, consented contacts, meetings or conversations with a relevant buyer. The photo-delivery workflow should explain its purpose and remain separate from any additional marketing permission. A guest should be able to understand what happens to their information without relying on a staff member’s improvised explanation.

Give the campaign team a realistic approval timeline. Review both the overall artwork and a completed sample with names, sponsor wording or other variable fields. Tiny typography becomes harder to read on a printed card or phone screen. A single recognizable creative direction usually makes participation easier than offering many unrelated themes.

Write the multi-day operating plan

For consecutive show days, define opening and closing times, replenishment needs, overnight equipment arrangements and the crew access process. Confirm whether artwork changes between days and who authorizes those versions. If an evening reception occurs at another property, scope the transfer or second setup separately. Guest travel distance does not establish how quickly equipment can be removed, transported and reinstalled.

Local event planning questions

Do booth service hours include exhibitor setup?

The proposal should distinguish crew access, setup, guest operation and removal. Organizer move-in windows may be separate from the show hours, so supply both.

Can a photo booth collect leads?

Some workflows can include agreed contact fields and permission wording. Confirm the actual system and handoff before booking; do not equate image delivery with consent for unrelated marketing.

Can a sponsor change the artwork each day?

Discuss the number of versions, approval process and changeover schedule in advance. The team needs final assets and a clear person authorized to approve them.
