The full event location helps us review delivery, equipment access, active hours and the production footprint. A hotel ballroom, rooftop, private residence and exhibit booth can require very different plans. Include the venue’s current requirements and any measurements or floor plans you already have.
Event service is arranged for the venue and date in your proposal. Availability, travel, staffing and package details are confirmed for each booking.
