Our Hollywood Photo Booth team supplied a 360 video booth for AJSOCAL’s 43rd Anniversary Gala at the Westin Bonaventure in downtown Los Angeles. The October 2026 nonprofit celebration brought the video experience into an indoor hotel gala.

The production
How the experience came together.
The production used a staffed 360 station, with setup coordinated with the gala’s event team. A fixed video experience gives guests a clear place to participate during a reception: they step onto the platform while the camera moves around them. Hotel access, equipment placement and the space around the camera arm are part of preparing this format.
The creative output
A photo experience with its own event identity.
The original event gallery contains the finished guest videos. The example on this page comes from that AJSOCAL gallery and shows the event’s actual 360 output. Video capture and a still portrait are different deliverables, so the format is specified in the event proposal.
