How the experience came together.
The plan positioned the booth outside Ballroom Salon E and specified a white backdrop. Early setup prepared the station for the conference program. Placing a photo experience near registration can make it a recognizable part of the arrival area, with the exact footprint coordinated around guest circulation.
The creative output
A photo experience with its own event identity.
The original portrait frame includes Oracle AI Experience branding and an “I created an AI Agent!” speech bubble. The booth photographs are conventional guest portraits with a custom graphic; the event’s AI theme does not mean those portraits were AI-generated.
