The production
How the experience came together.
The brief included photographs of the event environment and coverage around robots supplied by the event. Roaming capture could move between the guest gathering and the surrounding activity. The plan combined that short event-photography assignment with the guest portrait experience.
The creative output
A photo experience with its own event identity.
The original gallery includes photographs of the venue setup as well as guest imagery. The scene shown here documents the NYA Studios event environment. It is a production photograph, separate from any AI-transformed portrait outputs offered during the activation.
