For UC Irvine Homecoming, our team combined an open-air photo booth, three roaming booths and a digital mosaic display in an outdoor campus event. Photo capture, printed keepsakes and event content formed one coordinated production.

The campus setting
A photo experience for an outdoor homecoming.
The February 28, 2026 event took place in the street-fair setting on Mesa Road, near the Bren Events Center at UC Irvine. The production plan combined a fixed open-air booth with roaming capture so the photo experience could reach beyond a single booth location.
The team plan included two people at the open-air booth, three roamers, a content creator and a production liaison. A monitor displayed the digital mosaic, and the outdoor setup included dedicated connectivity planning.
