GID Windsor OpsCon Photo Mosaic in Downtown Los Angeles
For GID Windsor’s OpsCon event, our team created a branded photo mosaic during a two-day production at InterContinental Downtown Los Angeles. Open-air photography, roaming capture and a digital selfie booth supported the conference experience.

The project
One conference image built across two days.
The activation began on April 30, 2025 and continued on May 1. The production combined an open-air booth, a roaming Snap N Share booth and an additional digital selfie booth. The mosaic artwork featured Windsor OpsCon Los Angeles 2025 branding.
The wall design used a 25-by-25 grid, with 625 tile positions. Our staff handled placement of the printed mosaic stickers as part of the event production.
The logistics
A production adapted to the hotel schedule.
The event plan covered multiple hotel spaces, beginning with the pool event and continuing into the following day’s conference activities. Equipment removal each night and coordinated setup formed part of the production requirements.
The finished mosaic and build video provide a visual record of the project. Close up, individual portraits remain visible; together, they form the conference artwork.
